Cancila olives in brine are the ideal preserve to be made in autumn and to be used all year round. We use the native variety nerba.Once ready, the olives will be excellent as finger food for an aperitif, or seasoned with oil and spices to serve as an appetizer next to cold cuts and cheeses. The preservation in brine serves to make freshly harvested olives edible, which are generally very bitter.
Of our production, olives grown in our lands and above all without any preservatives.
