Madonie Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an oil with a strong identity.

The Madonie extra virgin olive oil is the result of the mountain olive groves and hills of the Madonie Natural Park, our olive growers carry out the most traditional way of cultivation.

The privileged geographical situation in which our olive trees are located translates into a very high quality extra virgin olive oil. Oil that also has very high levels of phenolic compounds, which determine the health properties of Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

An extra virgin olive oil with a medium / high fruitiness, with an intense green / gold color.

Smells and flavors that fully represent the identity of a territory with an incredible biodiversity.

Flora is the protagonist of the Park territory which is a real botanical paradise. The highest peaks reach 1,979 meters above sea level, home to over half of the 2,600 species present in Sicily and about 150 of the 200 endemics. The most representative is the “Abies Nebrodensis” with 29 specimens.

The fauna is characterized by 65% ​​of nesting birds and by all mammals present in Sicily.

The geological and landscape aspects are also significant. From various points it is possible to observe extraordinary landscapes including Etna, Nebrodi and the Aeolian islands, which the sunrises and sunsets tinge with splendid colors giving it an almost unreal aspect.

It is in this wonderful naturalistic setting that we take care of our olive trees and produce our extra virgin olive oil.
The exquisite harmony in the gustatory phase pays homage to this strip of natural paradise in which we have decided to invest. So we keep the tradition by marrying it with our innovative vision.
